Hops
- 1 oz Willamette (flavor hops boiled for 60 minutes)
- 1 oz Sorachi Ace (flavor hops added last 15 minutes)
- 1 oz Cascade (aroma hops added last 15 minutes)
Yeast
- Yeast - Safale US-05 11.5g (hydrated for ~10 minutes with ~teaspoon of dextrose)
Fermentation
- Pour wort over clean ice to cool down and top off with water to 5 gal. US
- Fermentation period 7 days @ ~75-78F
- Estimated OG: 1.043
